Hangar Two Burger

Our most popular burger from our Glenview restaurant, Hangar Two! In 1937, Bob’s Big Boy created the double cheeseburger and the infamous golden arches ran with the idea. Let us know what you think of ours. Two 100% all beef patties, aged cheddar, house pickles, frittes aioli, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Parmesan Chicken

House brined chicken breasts that are seasoned and grilled. Topped with our creamy parmesan sauce and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable.

Beef Tip Pappardelle

Seasoned beef tips over pappardelle pasta tossed in roasted red pepper cream sauce and topped with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and fresh basil chiffonnade.


Lager Brined Chicken Wings

House-made lager brined wings served golden and crisp. Tossed in your choice of buffalo sauce, brewmaster BBQ, or dry rub. Served with choice of buttermilk ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

Beer Can Nachos

A giant beer can appetizer made up of seasoned tortillas, layered with mornay cheese sauce, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses, pineapple salsa, seasoned bison blend, Carolina BBQ, pickled jalapeños, and pickled onions.

Buffalo Cauliflower Cups

Golden cauliflower tossed in house-made buffalo sauce, topped with bleu cheese aioli, celery slaw, pickled onion, and served in butter lettuce cups.

Beet & Balsamic Hummus

Classic lemon thyme hummus with a balsamic roasted beet tapenade. Served with fresh seasonal veggies to dip and toasted focaccia.

Traditional Pretzel served soft and warm with Obatzda cheese sauce and German mustard. Traditional salted or Everything Spice.

Country Fried Chicken Salad

Buttermilk brined golden chicken strips served atop mixed greens, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sweet n’ spicy pecans, marinated tomatoes, aged cheddar, and dried cranberries. Tossed in a honey mustard vinaigrette.

Braised Beet Salad

Light arugula blend with pistachio pistou, balsamic braised beets, balsamic glaze, crumbled bleu cheese, and crumbled pistachio.

Green Goddess Salad

Mixed field greens with asparagus, red onion, radish, marinated cherry tomatoes, roasted cauliflower florets, snap peas, sprinkled pistachio, and house-made avocado dill dressing.


Mushroom Flatbread

A delicious, lavash style flatbread adorned with wild mushrooms, mozzarella-provolone blend, fresh farm egg, and “everything” spices.

Impossible patty or grilled chicken breast layered with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, grilled pineapple rings, avocado slices, crispy onions, and frittes aioli.

Halfway To Nashville

Crispy golden chicken breast dusted with house-made dry rub seasoning, topped with Carolina BBQ, pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, house-made pickles, and frittes aioli. Served on a griddled brioche bun.


Charred Cauliflower Grain Bowl

Char-grilled cauliflower “steak” served with a wild mushroom and ancient grain blend, pistachio pistou, balsamic braised beets, lemon tahini drizzle, and pickled onions.

IPA Battered Fish & Chips

Hand cut cold water cod filets dipped in Devil’s Paint Box IPA batter and then crispy fried. Served with seasoned fries and house-made jalapeño slaw.

8oz Atlantic salmon filet glazed in a honey dijon sauce, prepared to your desired temperature, crusted with pecans, and finished with a creamy dollop of goat cheese mousse. Served with a charred lemon and seasonal vegetables.

Cowboy Ribeye Steak

Rubbed in a hickory and herb char crust. We grill this beautiful cut of beef to your liking and serve it with red wine gorgonzola butter, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
