Amy Anderson has been an integral part of Tangled Roots Brewing Company for several years, growing her career and thriving in various roles within the organization. With extensive knowledge in hospitality and private events, Amy brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Jim Shafer

Born and raised in a small town in Northwest Ohio, Jim Shafer grew up in a family filled with talented cooks, sparking his lifelong passion for the culinary arts. From a young age, Jim enjoyed recreating recipes from dishes he experienced in restaurants, honing his skills and curiosity for cooking. His career began at a beloved local pizza restaurant, and he has been a dedicated culinary professional ever since. Over the years, Jim has contributed to the industry by crafting and implementing innovative menu items for independently owned establishments and serving as a brand ambassador for successful regional and national restaurant groups. Jim attributes much of his success to the mentors who guided him along the way and takes great pride in mentoring others in their culinary journeys. Now, he’s excited to bring a warm, small-town dining experience to a restaurant close to his community, creating memorable meals that celebrate his roots and passion for hospitality.
