Chad Ashpaugh

With over 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Chad has worked his way from the back of the house to General Manager, experiencing nearly every role in between. Chad’s last role as a kitchen facilitator reinforced what he has always known: he truly loves being in the kitchen, crafting great food, and curating experiences that bring people together. There’s something special about the energy in a room when food and drink are paired just right—it fills you with a humbling sense of gratitude. But what truly drives Chad is building teams, educating others, and watching them grow both personally and professionally. Seeing people find confidence and passion in their work is what keeps him inspired every day. That’s what draws him to this industry—the people, the creativity, and the lifelong learning that comes with it. Let’s create something amazing together.
