Kassi Byrne has been with Lock & Mule from the very beginning, growing her career alongside the restaurant. She started as a part-time server, and through dedication and hard work, she worked her way up to General Manager. Tangled Roots has played a significant role in Kassi’s professional growth, and she is passionate about bringing Tangled Roots’ Small-Town Hospitality to Lockport.
