Pimento Pub Dip

A great appetizer to share with friends; this delicious dip has diced pimentos, fresh sweet corn, white cheddar, and jalapeños served with toasted baguette and seasoned tortilla chips.

Beer Can Nachos

A giant beer can appetizer made up of seasoned tortillas, layered with mornay cheese sauce, mozzarella and provolone cheeses, pineapple salsa, seasoned bison blend, Carolina BBQ, pickled jalapeños, and pickled onions.

Chicken Quesadilla

Pulled seasoned chicken, bell peppers, onions, white cheddar, and chipotle aioli. Served with side of chips and guacamole.

Honey Lime Shrimp Salad

Romaine, avocado, red onion, corn, tomato, tortilla strips, and tossed in a honey-lime vinaigrette.

Southwest Chicken Salad

Grilled and seasoned chicken breast served atop a bed of romaine with sweet corn, black beans, sliced red peppers, avocado, bacon, tomato, and white cheddar cheese. Served in a golden tortilla shell with chipotle ranch dressing.

Toasted Mushroom & Barley Grain Salad

Warm wild mushroom blend tossed with toasted barley served below arugula, grape, goat cheese, and pickled onion salad. Tossed in a honey mustard vinaigrette.

Original Caesar

In 1927 Caesar Cardini created the first famous Caesar Salad in Tijuana, Mexico. Ours is an original twist on this traditional Caesar. Crisp romaine lettuce with house-made Caesar dressing, grilled lemon, cheesy croutons, and topped with fresh shaved parmesan. Choice of chopped or whole romaine.

Two of our house beef patties served smashed on our flattop with caramelized onions, pimento sweet corn spread, frittes aioli, crispy bacon, buttermilk fried pepperoncinis, and sliced tomato on a toasted pretzel bun. *Served medium well*

IPA beer battered cod fillet served on a buttery brioche bun spread with caper remoulade layered with fresh arugula, sliced onion, and sliced tomato. Served with a side of our creamy house coleslaw.

Seasoned filet mignon served atop a bone marrow demi glaze topped with crispy buttermilk onions, handcut truffle pecorino wedges, and truffle aioli dipping sauce.

Grilled chicken breast served atop gemelli pasta with wild mushroom blend, red onion, roasted tomatoes, carrots, and arugula tossed in our Wet Hopped Pale Ale parmesan pesto sauce.
