Anthony “Tony” Fosco

Raised in Vernon Hills, Tony brings a life-long commitment to the local community in addition to a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry spanning over two decades. He is passionate about providing guests with the best culinary and service experience as well as ensuring that team members have the opportunity to work and grow in a positive and supportive environment. Tony is thrilled to welcome guests through our doors and looks forward to building a long-lasting partnership with the Vernon Hills community.

Eduardo “Eddie” Martinez

Eddie embarked on his culinary journey at age 15 as a dishwasher. Over the years, he steadily ascending the ranks and became a traveling training manager and Jr. Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef and evolved his career into becoming an Executive chef. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in training for new store openings. Eddie is ecstatic to be a part of Tangled Roots Brewing Company, and more importantly very excited to be serving the Vernon Hills community great dishes. He strongly believe in demonstrating a relentless commitment to hard work, consistency, and goal-driven excellence, as it is essential both in the kitchen and in life.
