I am already a member of the Brew Club. Do I need to sign up again?

I signed up through the Tangled Roots app, but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation of my membership?

I would like to edit or change my payment information with my account. Where can I do that?
Log in to your account via www.tangledroots.beer, access the Profile page via the menu or icon in the top right corner, and click the Change Payment button.
I logged into my account but I can’t see my rewards. Help!
When you log in to your account, navigate to the My Rewards page via the menu. There you can see your active rewards. The Reward History page shows when each reward was earned and used. Point-based rewards are issued on the evening of your visits. Rewards will be applied the following business day(s).
When do my beer rewards get added each month?
Rewards are added on the date of the month that account was set up. They will continuously be added on the same date of each month. In the app, you can see the days remaining until your next monthly reward.
How can I check my points balance?
Visit the website: https://www.tangledroots.beer/member/login/. Also ask your server when you visit Tangled Roots!
Do my points expire?
No.
I want to use my 4-pack reward for a crowler, am I able to redeem it that way?
Yes.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
How long are my rewards good for?
Brew Club Members four packs and flights expire after 12 months. Birthday rewards are awarded at the beginning of the birthday month and expire at the end of the brew club member’s birthday month.

Does my Private Dining Event count towards earned points?
At this time, we do not allow Private Event purchases to count towards earned points.
Cancellation Policy:
Brew Club Members can cancel their memberships by logging into their account, navigating to the Profile page via the menu or the icon in the top right corner, and clicking the Cancel Membership button. Contact us at [email protected] and we can help if needed.
Brew Club Members will be dropped down to the free level and rewards will expire naturally (see above).

How do I sign up?

When you log in to your account, a summary of your points total and rewards is shown. Find more details in the My Rewards page, and the Reward History page, both accessible from the menu.
When does my birthday reward expire?
A Birthday reward is awarded at the beginning of the birthday month and expire at the end of the member’s birthday month.

Let your server know that you’re a Rewards member, and they will apply rewards (if you have active rewards) to your check, and add points to your account.
Cancellation Policy:
The Tangled Roots Rewards program is free to join and doesn’t need to be cancelled. However, if you’d like your account to be permanently deleted, please reach out to us.
