Chef Zach’s house made shredded chicken with our homemade adobo sauce, vinegar slaw, lime crema, and pickled jalapeños. All wrapped up in two flour tortillas. Served with a side of tortilla chips and guacamole.
Bussin’ BBQ Burger
Created by Chef Zach, this burger features two smash patties that are smashed to perfection topped with cheddar cheese, pulled pork, our brand-new hickory bourbon BBQ, and house made onion straws. All brought together inside of a brioche bun.
Crusted Cod Sandwich
Inspired by Chef Zach’s trip to Baltimore, Maryland this cornmeal crusted cod sandwich is fried to perfection. It is then put in between a brioche bun with our vinegar slaw, roasted tomato aioli, and a few bread and butter pickles.
Hawaiian Blackened Cod
Chef Stephen’s masterpiece that features a piece of cod that is seared with a Cajun style seasoning. It is then placed on a bed of butter pineapple rum sauce and is finished off with a fire roasted mango chutney. Served with a side of Jasmine Island rice.
Cinna-pretzel-roll
Chef Zach takes our signature pretzels are baked to perfection, topped with cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with our house made cream cheese frosting. All of this to make either a great dessert or a great appetizer at dinner or brunch.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake
