Hangar Two is our venue in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Its name is a nod to the US Naval air station that was once at the heart of the Glenview community. Like all our restaurants, the menu contains dishes ranging from familiar favorites to our chef's more adventurous creations. It also boasts a variety of Tangled Roots local craft beers on tap at any given time, so there's something to suit every palette. With its beautiful glass atrium, Hangar Two has rapidly become a brunch hotspot for the weekend crowd.

Robert Meyer

I have a variety of work experience in the hospitality industry: hotels, casinos, amusement parks, stadiums as well as restaurants. I am happy to be working again in daily restaurant’s operations and specifically working for Tangled Roots Brewing Company. I am hard working and dedicated to the Tangled Roots brand and strive to make Hangar Two your favorite “local” restaurant. I invite the community to come into Hangar Two by Tangled Roots Brewing Company-whether it be for the first time or as a repeat guest.

Jose Guerrero

Born in Evanston Illinois, Chef Jose Guerrero was born into the food and hospitality industry. At the time he was born, his father worked as an executive sous chef for Hilton Hotels. Growing up in a family brought together by food, he was inspired with inevitable passion. Jose started his career in the restaurant industry and continued his training under a well-known North Shore Chef. In 2013, Jose was promoted to Executive Chef of Jolanes. Chef Jose will be creating dishes that will provide an incredible experience for each guest who comes through the door.
