Blending our local flavor with that of the European continent, this German-style Pilsner is brewed with malts grown locally on our own farm in Ottawa and a blend of local and German hops. Expect a mild but present hop bitterness bended with a refreshingly crisp and bread-like taste from the local malts. The hops also impart a light floral, citrus, and melon flavor and aroma.
