Bourbon Barrel Aged Milk Stout

We took our imperial milk stout and aged it in nocino barrels from Whiskey Acres to create Fancy Feline. The barrels originally held the Italian-inspired liqueur that is made with a blend of black walnuts, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Medal winner at the 2020 Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer.
